If your SOS Set-up is working properly this page should have been blocked.

CHECK:
To see if you have installed successfully please check your browser:
Tools > Internet Options > Connections
> Dial-up/LAN + Settings.
"Use a Proxy server" should be ticked & greyed out, with an Alpha-Numeric address entered.

CACHED
If this page is still appearing your ISP is caching pages. To clear cache:
Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet files
> Delete files.
